Vancouver immigration officials to meet Friday with Quaid's lawyers to set next date for refugee admissibility hearing.
TORONTO -- On-the-lam American actor Randy Quaid’s next Canadian refugee board hearing hasn’t been scheduled, but his Vancouver lawyers are set to huddle Friday with local immigration officials, likely to set a date.
A spokeperson for the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada said a brief pre-hearing conference will take place on Jan. 28 between the Quaid’s legal team and officials with the immigration tribunal.
