TORONTO, Oct. 4, 2011 /CNW/ - Today the Immigration Task Force affected a Canada wide arrest warrant on a male who had been able to avoid detection from authorities for the past 11 years in Canada.  Canada Border Services Agency received an anonymous tip in September with regards to his whereabouts.

Charles Andrew FISHER, age 48, a Jamaican national, was arrested this morning approximately 10:00 am in the Toronto area.
