Immigration can be an antidote to urban decay

TORONTO, ON, May 27. 2011/ Troy Media/ – Detroit is generally regarded as the poster child for urban decay. The city lost 25 per cent of its population between 2000 and 2010, and over half its population since 1950. Over 90,000 houses are abandoned, and many neighbourhoods are empty.
