MONTREAL - People come and go. Canadians come and go. While we know that in 2010 Canada gained a record 280,000 migrants, what we don’t know is how many Canadians left. Canada keeps figures on the people who arrive in this country but not on those who leave. Who are they? Why do they go? Where do they go? They’re hard questions to answer.
