Embassies are increasingly on the spotlight these days, whether they are for their tight security and strict measures or for their lack of support to the citizens of the country it represents. One embassy, the embassy of Canada in Beirut, Lebanon has taken several measures even further, some to the point of ridiculous where its citizens are treated less than second class citizens by the local people – YES, LOCALS who are hired by our democratically elected Canadian government.
