Between February 2009 and November 2010 the accused, Albino Irgolino, 43, is alleged to have impersonated an Immigration officer of the Canada Border Services Agency using a fictitious name Al Guilliano. He is charged with having met with several illegal immigrants, promising to legalise their Canadian immigration status. They were each charged a fee of between $1,800 and $3,900 and threatened that if they did not pay they would be deported. Read the whole article... |
