TORONTO - A fugitive who was a member of Canada’s Most Wanted criminals will appear for an immigration hearing on Friday as a manhunt intensifies for dozens of other runaways sought by police and border officers.

Tharmapaskaran Sellathamby, 61, of Sri Lanka, was arrested late Tuesday by Toronto Police and turned over to the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) for removal from Canada.
