The lack of Canadian experience, language proficiency and credential recognition are the most common challenges faced by immigrants as they seek employment. Immigrants have many shared experiences, like finding somewhere to live, a job, familiarizing themselves with a different society and different cultures. They also have to create a new network of friends and acquaintances and learn a new language.
